Dear Jesus,

On this day when the world drinks green beer and eats Irish food to remember St. Patrick’s Day, I remember that he was a brave soul who brought your good news to a dark and dreary island. He so loved you and people that he dedicated his life to telling the Irish that you had saved them through sacrifice. He changed the course of thousands of lives forever. I’m not ashamed of your gospel either. I want this scared and harassed generation to know you and how much you love them too. Give all believers and me the spirit of St. Patrick, to boldly help lost people be found and held safe in your word.
