Romans 12:1

Therefore, I urge you brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God-this is your true and proper worship. – Romans 12:1

Dear Jesus,

Your great sacrifice to save my eternal life makes me want to give myself right back to you.  I want to live for you in every conversation, every task at work, every volunteer effort at church, every friendship, every acquaintance, and every quiet moment.  While I want to live for you with a unanimous vote, I struggle with detractors in my soul and I fail.  I know your grace makes you accept my imperfect sacrifice.  I know I you see my “Easy Bake Oven” good works as a gift from your precious child.  But I really want my life to be its very best for you.  Help me to grow in the grace of giving myself up in bigger ways than I have ever imagined.  It would make my life more exciting to be a great gift for you.

AMEN

God doesn't so much see the work crafted by our hands as he does the craft worked in our heart.
