Philippians 4:10

I rejoiced greatly in the Lord that at last you renewed your concern for me. Indeed, you were concerned, but you had no opportunity to show it. – Philippians 4:10

Dear Jesus,

It’s a privilege to be loved and cared for by people you have put in my life.  Too often I take them for granted and forget to tell them how much they mean to me.  Today, give me a name or two of people whom you have sent to care for me.  Guide my mind to creative and honest ways to show them my gratitude for their selfless concern for me.  Bless each one of them with people who take care of their needs and reshape me into a caregiver for them too.  Make me a giver and not a taker, a blessing and not a drag, an encourager and not a downer.  Fill me life with the ability to change lives by serving them.
