Psalm 104:10-13

He makes springs pour water into the ravines;
    it flows between the mountains.
They give water to all the beasts of the field;
    the wild donkeys quench their thirst.
The birds of the sky nest by the waters;
    they sing among the branches.
He waters the mountains from his upper chambers;
    the land is satisfied by the fruit of his work. – Psalm 104:10-13

Dear heavenly Father,

There is hopeful pleasure in spring because we get more rain and see trees and flowers pop out.  Your sun and rain make everything in nature strut like a school girl showing off her new wardrobe to a friend.  I am amazed at the beauty that you can create in just a few days following winter.  Thank you for sending rain and sun to enhance the world you lend to us.  Help us to slow down and appreciate the beauty and love that flows through your nature to us so that the gifts you are giving result in greater worship and a stronger relationship with you.  AMEN

Pastor Don Patterson

God blesses us with spring beauty to remind us that he is the God who saves, restores and recreates what we have broken.
