Dear Lord,
Help me to break sin’s back by returning good to those who act evil toward me. My natural inclination is to try ending evil by being the same way toward the person. That’s like trying to extinguish a fire with gasoline. Your way is the only right way. Your love is refreshing water on the hot spots of life. Change me and help me supernaturally love those who sin against me so I change the situation and the person at the same time.
