16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. 17 This is my command: Love each other. - John 15:16-17

Dear Jesus,

Help me to keep in mind today that one of the supreme fruits you seek from my life is that would have demonstrative love for other believers. Give me the faith in your words that makes me own the believers in my church as my own dear family. Help me fight he urge to withdraw from them. While we are sheltered at home, give me creative ways to reach out to them to bless and encourage. Help me see over the fence of my own problems and pursuits to notice if one of them is struggling or needs my help. Then, give me the supernatural strength to meet their need or to network with others to fill their lives with good things from our family of faith.

Amen
