Colossians‬ ‭2:1-2

Colossians_ _2_1-2.png

I want you to know how hard I am contending for you and for those at Laodicea, and for all who have not met me personally. My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, - Colossians‬ ‭2:1-2

Dear Jesus,

Since I have come to know you I have been possessed by a deep desire to have everyone I meet to know you too. You are the one who has the most encouraging words in the most discouraging situation. You are the one who can make enemies friends. You are the one who can truly tell us what God, our Father, is really like. And I want to leave behind words for people I may never meet till heaven, so that even my words will echo your words and raise people up in gospel truth. Oh Jesus, help me produce thoughts about you that find their expression in words that reveal who you are and what you have done and do. Give those words wings to fly over the whole earth growing Christians in your sacred heavenly message.

Amen
