Titus 2:14 - To Redeem us from all Wickedness

Jesus gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own eager to do good works. - Titus 2:14

Dear Jesus, 

I was born into a slave family owned by sin as my master. My parents belonged to sin and therefore, so did I. Sin couldn't wait for me to grow up and make more sin for him. But then you bought me from sin. You purchased me by paying the punishment that sin thought was too high for anyone to pay. Now I am a free man. I don't wake up every day wondering what sin has for me to do.  Instead, I awaken to wonder what I could do to show you my thankful love. You are my new, holy, benevolent master. What do you want me to do today for you?
